Stephen R. Mullins, O.D. Dr. Stephen Mullins graduated magna cum laude from Southern College of Optometry in 2007. Dr. Mullins is also a 2003 graduate of Samford University in Birmingham,AL. Dr. Mullins is currently the president of the Upper Cumberland Optometric Society and a contributing member of the Tennessee and American Optometric Associations. A native of Cookeville, he enjoys athletics and outdoor activities. Dr. Mullins and his wife, Brittan, are active members of Steven's Street Baptist Church. He has one son.
Ralph H. Mullins, O.D. Dr. Ralph H. Mullins attended Tennessee Technological University and graduated in 1977 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Tennessee Optometric Association, and Upper Cumberland Optometric Society. Dr. Mullins is also a member of the Tennessee Academy of Optometry. His second profession is enjoying his grandchildren and raising Angus cattle. Dr. Mullins and his wife, Shirley, attend First Baptist Church.
Shellie Martin Shellie has been a member of Mullins Vision Associates for over 14 years. She works primarily in the insurance and billing area of the practice. Shellie enjoys horseback riding, gardening, and grandparenting.
Beverly Haggard Beverly has been a member of Mullins Vision Associates for over 22 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband Marlin and her two sons, Matt and Jacob. Beverly also enjoys taking care of her dogs, going to the beach, and shopping.
Amy Melton Amy has been a member of Mullins Vision Associates for over 16 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband Shawn and her two children, Jake and Lexi. Amy also enjoys camping, traveling, and shopping.
Elizabeth Hinch Elizabeth has been a member of Mullins Vision Associates for over two years, but has been a patient since the age of nine. She is a Cookeville native and enjoys cooking with her husband, University of Tennessee football, and her three cats and two dogs.
Mikki Howard Mikki grew up in Algood, graduated from Cookeville Central High, and attended Tennessee Technological University before becoming an Optometric Assistant in 1968. She began working with Dr. Ralph Mullins in 1977. Mikki and her husband, Glenn, live in Cookeville and have one son and three grand-daughters. Mikki enjoys crafts as her hobby.
